研究方向:

肿瘤发生发展分子机制,肿瘤治疗耐受分子机制:

1. 利用遗传小鼠模型研究肺癌和肝癌发生发展机制;

2. 利用CRISPR-Cas9筛选亚库筛选并鉴定肺癌和肝癌治疗耐受的形成机制,为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点和手段;

3. 利用小鼠肿瘤模型和人肿瘤组织来源的移植瘤模型(Patient-derived xenograft, PDX)鉴定并评估靶点分子抑制剂的治疗效果
